REFUND POLICY :

You may only return an item for an exchange, store credit or refund, as set forth below.

1. All returned items must be in new, unused, without broken seal and resellable condition and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

2. Please contact us at 703-241-4004 or email us at dermahaircare@gmail.com for a return authorization form.

3. Please fully complete the return/exchange/refung form included with your order.

4. Refunds can not be issued for SALE items. They are FINAL.

5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Return & Exchange shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.  

6. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender. 

7. We are unable to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price.

8. NO cash refund will be sent back.

9. Refunds are paid back to the credit card that was used on purchasing the product.

10. If damaged material is accepted by the purchaser with a signiture, purchaser will pay all return charges.
